Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal affairs, focusing on employment-related matters and providing recommendations on business operations and policies
• Provide strategic legal advice on various subjects including underwriting, product development, and compliance
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial documents and ensure adherence to legal regulations and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience practicing law
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or ability to obtain corporate counsel certification
• Experience in employment law and corporate matters
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in legal environments
