Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support compliance operations for the Texas Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for regulatory and legislative interpretation inquiries
• Manage compliance incidents and corrective action plans, ensuring completion of audit deliverables
• Lead complex projects to achieve compliance objectives and create KPI reports

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related compliance work experience and/or credentials
• BA/BS degree and/or CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) preferred
• Ability to work independently and set priorities
