Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney - Vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor agreements, including master services and software license agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, legal risks, and compliance requirements
• Maintain contract databases and support contract management processes and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership
• 6+ years of experience in-house or at a large law firm
• Strong negotiating skills with legal, financial, and commercial issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy laws, and vendor relationships
