Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury Protection Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports
• Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, and prepare legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
• Experience in insurance defense or personal injury law preferred
• Knowledge of no-fault insurance laws and regulations
• Familiarity with litigation processes and courtroom procedures
