Clinical Trials Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trials Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate clinical trial agreements, contract research agreements, and sponsored research agreements
• Support life sciences clients through all phases of clinical development, including vendor and manufacturing agreements
• Design and implement streamlined contracting and compliance protocols with academic medical centers and federal research agencies

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as a General Counsel or in a senior in-house legal role
• 3+ years of law firm training
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
