Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in federal litigation, including dispositive motion practice or appeals
• Prior experience with mass tort or MDL briefs is strongly desired
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the state bar
• Exceptional research skills, particularly using Westlaw
• Self-starter with long-term career goals
