Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Project Manager to support and expand eDiscovery operations on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage legal holds and case tracking, collaborating with counsel and vendors
• Develop and document eDiscovery processes and policies in partnership with IT and security teams
• Oversee vendor and tool management, utilizing eDiscovery software for searches and data migration projects

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as an eDiscovery Generalist with knowledge of legal holds and case management
• Proficiency in eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, DISCO, and Exterro
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools like Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRA
• Ability to draft clear communications for legal teams
