Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Leader/Senior Director to oversee client transitions and transaction management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction management account transitions and special projects as the primary contact for Account Teams and clients
• Set and drive project objectives, ensuring timely completion of transition milestones and managing escalations
• Develop transition budgets, oversee Go Live strategies, and lead project closeout processes while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Real Estate License required
• Minimum 10 years of transaction management experience, preferably with financial or retail clients
• Proven expertise in process development and change management leadership
• Experience in project management and leading teams through transitions
