Job Summary

A company is looking for a Limited Service Call Center Team Leader- Bilingual Spanish (Remote in New Jersey).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing training and real-time quality monitoring for Consumer Services Specialists
  • Handle escalated calls and maintain updated knowledge of performance requirements and policies
  • Answer inbound calls during peak times and track all inquiries using applicable systems
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • State of New Jersey residency is required
  • Preferred 3 years of Call Center experience
  • Internal staff must have NJ SBE Project experience
