Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Services Associate to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and follow up on issues effectively
• Handle difficult situations appropriately and efficiently
• Interpret client guidelines to make informed decisions regarding product inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of call center experience is beneficial but not required
• One to two years of experience in customer interaction, either over the phone or in person
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
