Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nephrologist - Advisory Board Member.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for the diabetes prevention program and encourage referrals of Medicare beneficiaries with CKD and prediabetes
• Advise on integrating the diabetes prevention program into nephrology care settings
• Provide clinical insights to refine program guidelines for CKD patients with prediabetes

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified nephrologist (MD/DO)
• Experience in chronic disease prevention, public health, or population health is preferred
• Strong interest in digital health innovation and telemedicine
• Passion for preventative care and improving health outcomes for patients with kidney disease and prediabetes
