Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curative Specialist for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed review and analysis of ownership documents and liens to resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate daily communications with lenders and clients to clear title issues
• Monitor pipeline loans and ensure timely responses and accurate reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in title review, closing, funding, or post-closing of residential mortgage loans
• Understanding of the Mortgage Loan Life Cycle process and mortgage loan documents
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
