Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacy 340B Program to lead and optimize their 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the 340B program ensuring compliance, performance, and reporting
• Analyze and enhance 340B technology platforms and develop innovative tools for operations
• Manage and mentor a team while leading large-scale projects and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 5 years of hospital pharmacy operations or 340B contract pharmacy experience, or Certified Pharmacy Technician with 7 years of experience
• Minimum three years of experience in operations, purchasing/procurement, or pharmacy billing/information systems
• Master's degree in Business/Management or Hospital Pharmacy Administration preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence others
• Strategic planning skills required
