We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and highly organized Administration Assistant / Office Manager to play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with all departments and teams to meet strict deadlines, provide essential support for ongoing tasks, and help foster a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
Additionally, you will support and report directly to the leadership team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization as a whole.
The ideal candidate should be a stickler for detail, proactive, organized and skilled in general administration.
