Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to promote our programs, events, and initiatives while fostering collaboration with our staff, artists, and community partners. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a crucial role in increasing awareness and participation in our mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Create and curate content that resonates with our audience and promotes our programs and events.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and metrics.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the arts sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and content creation.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting music education and engagement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools and content management systems.
