Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and regional managers to recruit top producing Loan Officers and Mortgage Bankers
• Develop action plans for growth in target markets and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate weekly with management to review recruiting reports and provide updates on candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
• Previous experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment preferred
• Experience in recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking systems or CRM for reporting
• Ability to cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with a referral base
