Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to potential new school partners for internship programs
• Coordinate with school administrators to facilitate Student Training Agreements and increase student internships
• Train and onboard new school partners on internship processes and technology

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of total work experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to analyze performance data and resolve issues
• Capability to manage relationships and foster collaboration
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
