Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Document Specialist who will develop and implement operational risk and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory concerns and escalate gaps in controls to management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain the compliance policy manual and identify corrective actions for compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience, including one year in compliance
• Preferred two years of supervisory or work leadership experience
• Preferred two years of departmental experience
• Solid working knowledge of personal computers and relevant software
