Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer to manage the closing of real estate mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-closing reviews of loan documents and ensure data integrity
• Oversee a personal pipeline of loans to ensure timely closure according to scheduled dates
• Prepare and deliver the Closing Disclosure in compliance with guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage closing experience
• Proficiency in preparation and review of GFE, LE, HUD-1 Settlement Statement, and Closing Disclosure
• Must be bondable; active Notary in Texas preferred
• Reliable internet access of 50MBPS required
