Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop standard and custom formularies for assigned plans
• Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support to internal departments
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy experience or 1+ years of pharmacy residency program experience
• Current state Pharmacist license with no restrictions
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy
