The role:
Weâre looking for an Operations Strategy Manager to join the COO team. This team is at the heart of our business, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence as we scale. The COO has direct responsibility for key revenue generating functions as well as our customer operations, fraud & financial crime, communications, marketing, design and research teams globally.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, youâll play a critical part in helping the COO and executive team drive key company priorities. This position offers broad exposure to various areas of the business, as well as interactions with investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Youâll work on high visibility processes, initiatives and communications that have company-wide impact.
