Your Next Challenge
 
We have an exciting new opportunity within our Financial Institutions Group team!
 
We’re looking for Assistant Vice President – Sales to join us and work closely with the Head of International Sales and the Senior VPs to ensure that regional sales targets are met with new financial institution customers.
 
This role can either be based in London or the United States.
 
Key Accountabilities Include:
  • Sourcing quality new leads and preparing for client calls
  • Ensuring that all client information is maintained and up to date
  • Researching commercial viability of banknote trading opportunities
  • Building a portfolio of clients by engaging with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with management to compile activity reports, identify areas for process improvement, and build, develop, and maintain a diverse prospect pipeline
 
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience of exceeding sales targets within the financial sector
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Working within a multichannel sales environment (e.g., telephone, email, face to face)
  • Exposure to an international business environment
 
Skills and Competencies:
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in EXCEL & Word
  • Strong influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Business proficiency in Arabic (preferable)

This position is full-time and permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London or the United States as part of the Financial Institutions Group team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
