You'll also help support our promotion processes, guide managers on job postings, and train them on the necessary approval processes. Communication is critical, so you'll work closely with your team and contribute to HR communications. We highly value attention to detail and organizational skills, as you'll be managing employee files and timecard approvals while navigating through various HR systems like ADP and Shareworks.
