Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Residential Appraiser (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct unbiased valuations of residential real estate and complete appraisal reports in accordance with relevant guidelines
• Inspect residential properties and document data collection through photographs, measurements, and notes
• Collaborate with Senior Appraisers to ensure quality and meet departmental turn time expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active Appraiser Certification as required by the state's regulatory agency
• Zero disciplinary actions within the past +/-10 years
• Proficiency in sales comparison, cost, and income approaches to value
• Experience with local MLS and real estate data sources
• Valid Driver's License
