Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposal
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease renewals and new site acquisitions
• Negotiate leases and coordinate sales through brokers, ensuring integration between service lines and tracking transaction activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in the financial industry or retail transactions is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
