Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRE Managing Director who will oversee team strategy and complex loan underwriting within the Commercial Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all relationships and transactions align with the bank's risk profile
• Maintain acceptable credit quality levels in accordance with bank policies
• Lead and motivate team members through coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12 or more years of experience in Commercial Portfolio Management
• Experience leading teams
• 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong understanding of Commercial credit policies and procedures
