Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret commercial lease documents and manage rent analysis and payment processing
• Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships while resolving related issues
• Review landlord reconciliation statements and perform data entry and management of lease documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in lease administration, real estate accounting, or property management
• Prior experience with a lease administration database is preferred
• Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
• Advanced financial and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
