In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking users, providing exceptional assistance and support related to our dating and social networking applications. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to account management, features, and troubleshooting
• Document all client interactions and solutions accurately in our customer management system
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance user experience
• Provide guidance on platform safety and best practices for engaging with other users
• Gather and relay user feedback to improve app functionalities
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and improvements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in tech, apps, or social networking
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy toward users
• A proactive approach to ensuring user satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and applications
