In this pivotal role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to a wide range of beauty and skincare products. Your key responsibilities will include providing product information, addressing concerns, managing order status, and assisting with returns and exchanges. Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service in Dutch for beauty and skincare product inquiries.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on skincare needs.
• Manage order queries, including tracking, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Address customer complaints and product-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay informed about product ingredients, trends, and ethical practices in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for the beauty and skincare field.
• Ability to understand and relay product information clearly.
• Familiarity with customer service software is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
