• Provide excellent customer support in German for IT and cybersecurity inquiries

• Assist clients with understanding cybersecurity best practices
• Document interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex problems

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
