Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German related to real estate management services.
• Assist clients with questions regarding property listings, management procedures, and tenancy agreements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and management teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of client issues.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends and company services to provide informed support.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within real estate or property management, is a plus.
