Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and assistance tailored to customer needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions and follow up on open cases.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the service experience.
• Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback.
• Stay informed about company products and services to offer the best assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using customer service software or helpdesk tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
