In this environmentally-focused role, you will assist our German-speaking customers with inquiries related to our range of sustainable and eco-friendly products. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, providing information on product benefits, handling orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German for inquiries about eco-friendly products.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and shipping inquiries.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and sustainable practices.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document interactions with customers and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainability and eco-friendly products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or eco-friendly sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products is a bonus.
• Experience with customer service software or tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
