A company is looking for a Membership Coordinator to recruit and onboard new patients for a primary care practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with new prospective patient inquiries and address their questions
• Manage the prospective patient pipeline and onboard new patients
• Coordinate marketing events to connect the community with the physicians and team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, enrollment, or customer-facing service, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with office productivity software and basic CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small business environment
• Passion for health and wellness
• College degree preferred
