Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Care Management Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake of members and admission/discharge information
• Coordinate with hospitals and clinical teams to manage service requests
• Process referrals and prior authorizations, including triage and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
• Experience with Cerner and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
