Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Denial Unit (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage appeals and denials staff to ensure proper reimbursement and maximize cash flow
• Monitor collection of appealed accounts and facilitate issue resolution related to payment delays
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare business office policies and procedures required
• 3-6 years of related experience in denials and appeals required
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
