Parcel Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parcel Operations Analyst to focus on cross-functional issue tracking, resolution, and process optimization from checkout to outbound shipping and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations
• Drive resolution of operational, IT, or other issues related to parcel
• Perform monthly analysis of the small parcel business across various networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or Industrial Engineering
• 3 years of experience in small parcel and e-commerce or 8 years in industry-related experience with a high school diploma
• Knowledge of computer tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and mapping software
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Logistics including transportation distribution and customer service
• Intermediate knowledge and adherence to process methodologies
