About the role

This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across systems, and supporting end-users globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration and expertise in managing modern IT tools and platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Administer and support the company’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
    • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access permissions to ensure security compliance and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor system performance, prepare regular reports on usage and security, and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, recommending upgrades and changes to enhance productivity and collaboration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, working closely with Microsoft support as necessary.
    • Fulfill technology support requests from staff, responding promptly to help desk tickets.
    • Configure and deploy Mac and PC devices, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
    • Manage cloud accounts and software licenses across various platforms.
    • Test and deploy new software solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Carry out basic networking requests and maintain network stability.
    • Engage in ongoing training and educational activities to stay current with industry practices.
    • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
