Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.   

At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.    

What the job entails:   

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world applications and you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.   

  • Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level   

  • Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams   

  • Daily collaboration with the NAMER Sales Operations team (Based in the US) to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated    

  • Open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday (30 hours a week); hours will be adjustable based on your class schedule  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus 

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese  

  • Excel experience  

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Graduating University in December 2025 or later    

  • Attention to detail and highly organized  

  • An effective interest in training and personal development   

  • Strong know-how in using Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner   

  • A team player who can work independently and is adaptable to change
