Key Responsibilities

• Design messaging frameworks for product lifecycles, including onboarding and delinquency recovery
• Configure and launch multi-channel campaigns in Braze, ensuring effective segmentation and personalization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and maintain regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in finance or fintech
• Proficiency with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of email, push, SMS, and in-app best practices
• Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL or BI tools
• Proven track record in optimizing payment lifecycle flows and credit messaging
