A company is looking for a Director of Paid Media for Startups (Remote US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of digital marketers to deliver high-quality work in strategy and execution

• Shape the strategic direction of the Startups division, overseeing budgeting, hiring, and operational planning

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading performance marketing teams in an agency setting, specifically in B2B and SaaS
• Proven track record of managing high-volume accounts and strategizing multi-service delivery
• Experience in coaching and developing managers with a clear framework for feedback and growth
• Fluency in auditing paid media platforms and knowledge of SEO and CRO
• Strong executive presence for representing the agency in high-pressure situations
