Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, marketing, or social media, preferably in crypto or fintech
• Strong understanding of crypto retail culture and community dynamics
• Experience in launching or scaling a retail crypto community is a plus
• Hands-on experience with loyalty and reward mechanics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track key performance indicators
