Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across the U.S
• Educate workers on benefits and assist with navigating enrollment processes
• Maintain performance metrics and conduct quality assurance on customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Must maintain necessary Life and Health licensing
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or human resources is desirable
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of virtual technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 8am to 8pm EST
