Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Bilingual: Spanish / English).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications including onboarding, retention, and support via multiple channels
• Manage contractor status, renewals, and provide user support for inbound queries
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintain client engagement records

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Grade 12 or Matric, or a similar qualification
• 2 years of customer support experience, with 1 year in a remote work environment
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
• Basic understanding of health and safety and contractor management
