Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage calls and admissions for behavioral programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and document inquiry calls, intakes, admissions, and transfers for behavioral programs
• Coordinate client admissions and ensure insurance reimbursement and authorization
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate efficient patient flow and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of directly related experience in a Human Services field
• 2 years of clinical experience in the Behavioral field
• Preferred Master's Degree in a Behavioral related field
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in the Behavioral field preferred
• Crisis intervention training certification
