Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in purchasing Home Warranty products
• Deliver sales presentations and resolve customer concerns while adhering to ethical selling policies
• Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Valid Personal Lines Insurance Producer or General Lines Property and Casualty Producer license for Texas or California
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous Home Warranty or Real Estate knowledge is preferred
