Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Member Service Advisor to provide excellent service to members through inbound calls regarding health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless experience by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues
• Document all interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Collaborate with third-party entities and internal departments to assist callers

Required Qualifications

• Active Insurance Producer License
• Willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses as needed
• Proven ability to work effectively in a structured schedule
• Experience entering/updating data in electronic systems
• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes accurately and timely
