Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to assist customers with their health benefits inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
  • Guide and educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and benefit plan options
  • Assist customers in navigating online resources and connect them with care providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related fields
  • Proficiency with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work full-time 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, including occasional overtime
