Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager (HVLT).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Calm for Business partners by building strong relationships and driving customer engagement
• Implement impactful engagement strategies based on customer wellness goals and trends
• Lead the implementation of Calm Health customers, ensuring technical configuration and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Past program management experience with strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across various teams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with tools and technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement in customer processes
