Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communications
  • Assist in interpreting verbal and written communications to make appropriate decisions
  • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment while learning about the insurance industry
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred, with training available for qualified candidates
  • Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
  • Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
  • Flexibility in working hours is a must
